STUDENT SUMMER CAMP 2026



Ah, summer!!! It's the season of sun, fun, and the great outdoors and our Epic student group is heading to Black Lake Bible Camp (Olympia, WA) for 5 days of wake-boarding, tubing, archery, rock wall climbing, night games, ice cream socials, catapulting each other off the blob and hilarious skits put on by summer staffers. It’s the perfect place to have crazy fun while challenging each other to think deeper, laugh with each other, encourage each other, ask deep questions and hear about the awesomeness of God.

CAMP 411:

WHERE: Black Lake Bible Camp (Olympia, WA)
FOR: Students entering 6th - 12th grade in the fall of 2026
WHEN: Middle School Camp (6th - 8th) | July 5 - 10
WHEN: High School Camp (9th - 12th) | July 19 - 24   
COST: $460 p.p. (Only $260 if student completes the Scholarship Summit)

NOTE: Students entering 6th grade in the fall can attend Middle School Camp and those entering 9th grade in the fall can choose Middle School or High School camp.

IMPORTANT DATES:

CAMP DEPOSIT ($75):
DUE - SUNDAY, MARCH 29
Deposits are due 3/29 but students can register up until the day of camp, as long as there are still open spots at Black Lake Bible Camp. You are not guaranteed a spot until the $75 deposit is paid and then your spot is held. 

NOTE: CampS fill up fast and you are not guaranteed a spot until your deposit has been submitted.

SCHOLARSHIPS: 

EARN UP TO $200 OFF CAMP

CAMP BALANCE: 
 
DUE - SUNDAY, JUNE 28 

If you've submitted your deposit and did not participate in the Summer Camp Scholarship Summit the remaining balance owed is $385 ($460 (cost) - $75 (dep.) = $385). 

If you've completed the Summer Camp Scholarship Summit in full by 6/16, the remaining balance owed is $185 ($460 (cost) - $75 (dep.) - $200 (scholarship) = $185).

If you participated in the Summer Camp Scholarship Summit but did not complete all summits, in their entirety, an email will be sent out Sunday, June 17th to confirm your remaining balance.

TRAVEL DETAILS & PACKING LIST:
Students will be leaving for camp following the service after having had a quick lunch which will be provided. Students will then return from camp early Friday afternoon between noon-2 pm. When they are about 30 minutes out they will call their parents/guardians so they can meet them at the church and get picked up.
